Always amazing food, spectacularly attentive staff, and a setting like none other! There's no way around the fact that it's VERY expensive, but even so it might be the best deal on the island.

One of my favorite places to eat on the island. New chef is turning out incredible food. Beautiful outdoor bar

Once seated, we had an incredible, price fixed dinner, predicated with an amuse-bouche from the chef. All three courses were spectacular and the service was top notch. For my starter I chose the yellowfin tuna tartare. As a sushi fanatic, this did not disappoint one bit. The tuna topped a bed of diced avocados and mangos. The dish was garnished with small, fried plantain chips. For my entree, I had the had the herb crusted cod - it was moist, flaky and full of flavor. The cod was served on a bed of mushrooms and peas with an underlying white cream sauce (very light, not heavy) and had pine nuts scattered throughout. Finally, for dessert, I opted for the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. The dessert had whip cream dollops on four sides and caramel drizzled all around.

This is my first trip to Martha's Vineyard, and after seeing most of the island, this is by far the best place I've been to. We ate dinner here and had a seating time just around sunset. I don't think you could have asked for anything more picturesque that what we got. The colors of the sky were amazing. They had a wood fire pit raging with chairs set around. They even had a telescope focused on an Osprey nest down on the meadow! This was all just the beginning, too.

If you find yourself in MV and fancy an exquisite dinner, head to the Outermost Inn. You most certainly will not be disappointed. My experience here will be one I will most certainly never forget.

If you are ever in MV, you need to go here. It's the best food you'll ever eat and should be considered a world wonder. It's a has a beautiful property and very intimate dinner atmosphere. The service is spectacular. Be prepared to spend over $100/person + tip. It's well worth the cost.

Food, service, and scenery was excellent. Pricey, but worth every penny for an unforgettable evening.
